Alerts And Messaging

MODULE HIGHLIGHTS - ANSWERS ON DEMAND’S Alerts and Messaging Module allows the user to receive Elite Alerts and/or Email notifications on specific facility events.

Examples of events are:

• Resident Admissions / Discharges
• Employee Hires / Terminations
• Resident and/or Employee Incidents

Free-form alerts can also be created and sent to specific User ID’s.

When a user receives a new Elite Alert, the Alerts and Messages button located on each menu will be highlighted in red as notification.

VERSATILITY

Each event has the ability of user defined message text.

Each event can be assigned an importance level.

The distribution list for each event has the ability to be customized per User ID with the following filters:

• From/Thru Company #
• By Facility Type
• From/Thru Unit Location
• From/Thru Unit #

In addition each User ID per event can be setup to receive an Elite Alert, an Email, or both.
