Human Resources

User Definable Parameters - Include Rejection Reasons, Activity Codes, Form Type Listing and an Appraisal Master function.

User Definable Tables - include skill Code Listing, Training Code Listing, Recruiting Source Listing, Job Position Code Listing and Incident Type Listing.

The Human Resources module is flexible enough to accommodate a variety of Facility needs. Job Positions, Applicant management, Employee Appraisals, and Employee Incidents are tracked within this module. Client specific master tables provide for custom Questions for Applicants, Skill, Training, Rejection, Recruiting, Incident, and Body Part codes. There are Miscellaneous Employee Profiles for entering contractors and temporary workers that do not need a full profile for Payroll. In addition, the Human Resources menu provides direct access to a variety of data in the Payroll module including the main Employee Profiles and many useful reports. The Human Resources module was designed to match employment applicant profiles to appropriate employment openings. Tools to better manage all employees in a facility.

Information flows to the master Payroll Module because the system is fully integrated. It contains and Employee Review Function and Tracks Employees Records. Incorporates a Process to maintain the OSHA 200 Log.

Displays an Employment Applicant Process.

Contains a Job Position and Applicant Menu.

Tracks Employee Incidents while maintaining a detailed Incident Log.

Generates an on demand Employee Profile.

Generates an on demand Deduction History and Expense Distribution History.

Completes several different reports for Benefit Accrual and Payroll.

Contains it's own Report Generator that tabulates Employee Time Off, Leave Of Absence times and detailed Earnings History.
