Resident/Apartment Mgmt

User Definable Tables - include Refund and Contract Types, and Life Expectancy Tables. Also included are extensive demographic codes (business/industry, previous occupation, race, ethnic origin, church, denomination, etc.).

Apartment Building Table defines square footage and real estate tax information by building.

Apartment Type Table defines descriptions and current entrance fee amounts, as well as monthly single and double maintenance fees and real estate tax provisions.

Apartment Master - allows the user to set up all of the apartment numbers, and define, for each apartment, the type, building, occupancy status, marketing information, square footage, fee history, as well as provides a display of current occupants maintained via the admissions data.

Resident Profile - includes extensive demographics, medical and diet information, hospital and physician preferences, emergency and relative contact information, insurance data, and financial data.

Resident Admissions - includes move-in date, admitted from, admission status, apartment number; date of leave, move out date, and move out reason; date of death; comment/notes area. Multiple admissions detail is maintained on each resident with the ability to track leaves, hospital stays, and temporary transfers to the nursing facility.

Daily Census Update function, including display and print of daily census summaries, rosters, vacant apartment information and status changes.

List and Count Residents by any of the demographic codes.

Statistical Reporting for selected date or date range for Gender/Age and Level of Care, Racial Group, or Marital Status.

Amortization Processing - Produces monthly and year-to-date register that show the calculations of the amortization of entrance fees by resident, with sub-totals by month of move-in. Amortization amounts are calculated using the Life Expectancy Tables and refund type tables, as well as information coded to on each resident profile.

Tax Processing - provides the ability to generate building tax information based on the square footage detail maintained in the various tables, and provides a tax distribution register and statement, with the ability to automatically update billing information.

Meals Processing - allows the user to set up dining room codes, meal type codes, and meal plan codes. The meals data entry program captures the meals eaten by resident, with the ability to automatically calculate and bill extra meal charges based on meal plan information and user-defined parameters. Various reports provide detailed and summary meal information.
