Staff Scheduling

User Definable Tables - include Shift Code, Status Code, Location Code, and Schedule Class Code.

Shift Code Tables - designate shift start/end times, grace period before and after start/end times, lunch duration, and qualifying minimum hours for lunch.

Status Codes - designate interface to Payroll (regular and overtime to print on the schedule master forms.

Location Codes - can be used to schedule employees by building and floor/unit within building.

Miscellaneous Employee Profile - allows scheduling of personnel that are not part of the Payroll System and/or allows entry of staff when Payroll Module is not in use.

Employee Default Schedule - is defined as a two-week default in an easy-to-read display.

Daily Schedules - are generated from the default employee schedules.

Edit Employee Schedule - allows for overrides to the generated schedule as well as schedule changes.

Master Schedule Report - by Location, Shift, Class, and Employee provides a 4-week spread sheet. The report can be re-printed at any time to reflect schedule changes entered.

Employee Schedules and Daily Shift Schedules are also printed as needed.

Planning Schedule Requirements - are maintained as Default Requirements by Location, Shift and Class, with the planned required staffing entered at each of these levels.

Schedule Requirements - are populated by date from the Default Requirements, and then can be edited to account for special needs on an exception basis.

Schedule Requirements Report - is printed to show the comparison between planned schedule requirements and actual employees scheduled. The schedule is also update from the Time Clock module to adjust schedule exceptions from actual time punched.
