Signature Images
Used in PR Check Print (Blank), and AP Check Print (Blank).

Photographs
Used in PA Profile and MK Marketing Profile (other programs coming soon).
The dimensions of the photo on the screen are 194 pixels wide X 177 pixels high. If you want the
image to completely fill the space, crop and/or resize it to any multiple of 194 pixels X 177
pixels. If not, any size will work, as long as the picture is in landscape mode (wider than it is
high). The image will be scaled to fit vertically.
Note: For digital cameras, use a low resolution setting (320x200 or less).
Note: Because of variations in printers/drivers, the
Preprinted W-2 Laser print program allows you to adjust where the text prints on the form, up/down
and left/right.
